Documents You May Need For Your Application
These are the pre-employment documents that you might be asked for by your employer as a dental professional:
Student/Trainee Nurses:
1. CV (with no gaps).
2. Two references, ideally from a business / educational institution.
3. Heb B inoculation certificate(s).
4. Proof of ID (valid Passport or valid driving licence).
5. Proof of right to work / Study in UK (NI number).
Qualified Nurses will need also need:
1. Education certificates including Level 2 Safeguarding Children and Venerable Adults.
2. Valid Basic Life Support certificate (not more than 1 year old).
8. DBS certificate.
3. GDC certificate.
4. Medical negligence indemnity insurance certificate.
5. Up to date CPD logbook.
